Quality Objectives
- To ensure Zero Injury and incidents in a free workplace.
- To minimize the maintenance cost of equipment by adhering to a preventive maintenance Schedule & to reduce the breakdown of equipment to 5%.
- To reduce the quality problem in providing service to our Clients i.e.: repair work & Remedial work to 2 cases per month.
- To retain good stock control & improve stock turn ratio to 95%.(e.g. Spare parts, etc) i.e. Cost of Sales to the Stock by 95% of the inventory.
- To provide an average 2 hours of education and training per department annually.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction to 98% will contribute to sustained and Profitable growth of our organization.
